• Custom Sleep Plan: Receive a compassionate, comprehensive sleep plan tailored to your child’s age, temperament, and your family dynamics. I’ll guide you in implementing gentle, effective strategies that encourage better sleep habits and address any specific sleep concerns.

• Ongoing Support: Four follow-up emails provide ongoing support as you implement and maintain the plan.   • Our sleep packages are a $500 investment in your child’s sleep and well-being. However, we understand that this may not be feasible for every family.

    If you’re interested in a sliding scale option, please email me at Cat@sleepwithlove.com with a brief explanation of why you need sliding scale support. Let me know what you can afford, or if you’d prefer a smaller payment plan than what’s listed on my Payment Page.

    I offer sliding scale services to 1-2 families per month to ensure everyone has access to the sleep support they need. Let’s work together to find a solution that fits your budget.

  • Yes, I offer 45-minute coaching sessions for $75. These sessions are designed to provide general tips and tricks tailored to your family’s immediate sleep concerns. Please note that a written sleep plan is not included.


    However, I can record our virtual session and email you a copy immediately afterward for your reference. If you decide to book a package later, I’ll apply the $75 from one coaching session toward your package investment.
