Why Sleep with Love: My Story

Before becoming a mom, I worked in psychiatric crisis stabilization programs and psychiatric day treatment centers. There, I saw firsthand the devastating effects severe sleep deprivation could have on anyone. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the importance of sleep—not just for physical health, but for mental well-being too.

There’s research that all adults need a minimum of two uninterrupted sleep cycles—about 4 to 5 hours—to significantly reduce their risk of perinatal mental health issues. Unfortunately, I know plenty of expecting and postpartum moms who go months, or even years, without getting that crucial block of rest.

  • Our sleep packages are a $500 investment in your child’s sleep and well-being. However, we understand that this may not be feasible for every family.

    If you’re interested in a sliding scale option, please email me at Cat@sleepwithlove.com with a brief explanation of why you need sliding scale support. Let me know what you can afford, or if you’d prefer a smaller payment plan than what’s listed on my Payment Page.

    I offer sliding scale services to 1-2 families per month to ensure everyone has access to the sleep support they need. Let’s work together to find a solution that fits your budget.

  • Yes, I offer 45-minute coaching sessions for $75. These sessions are designed to provide general tips and tricks tailored to your family’s immediate sleep concerns. Please note that a written sleep plan is not included.


    However, I can record our virtual session and email you a copy immediately afterward for your reference. If you decide to book a package later, I’ll apply the $75 from one coaching session toward your package investment.
